Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after you receive your items. Important: This is a "reflection period" for inspection, not a trial period. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in brand-new, resaleable condition.
Return Requirements & Conditions
To protect your rights, please ensure the following conditions are met. Returns will not be accepted if these standards are not fulfilled:
Completeness: All items must be returned with their original packaging, including the main product, accessories, user manuals, free gifts, and the original invoice.
Condition: Items must be free of use or damage caused by human factors (e.g., stains, scratches, wear, or breakage).
Seals & Tags: The product is considered "beyond reasonable inspection" and ineligible for return if factory seals/labels have been removed or if the original packaging is damaged.
Process & Shipping Fees
How to Apply: Please email our customer service at signal@signal2003.com within the 7-day period to initiate your request.
Shipping Responsibility: * Defects/Errors: If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Personal Reasons: For all other returns, the consumer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.
Safe Packaging: Please pack the items securely for the return journey. If an item is damaged during transit due to improper packaging by the consumer, the return will not be processed.
Special Considerations
Bundle Sets: If only a portion of a bundle is returned, the items you keep will be charged at their full original market price.
Depreciation Fees: If a product has been unboxed or used to the point where it can only be resold as "refurbished," we reserve the right to charge a partial or full depreciation fee.
Unboxing Video: We record all shipments during packing. For your protection, please film a continuous video while unboxing. This video is required as evidence for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will proceed with the refund based on the actual condition of the items.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall first be settled through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that the Changhua District Court in Taiwan shall serve as the court of first instance, governed by the laws of the R.O.C. (Taiwan).
